Juanita Duckett | Principal Consultant & CEO

Juanita has over 25 years of experience in Software/Systems Engineering and Information Technology with a focus on Process Improvement and is a certified Enterprise Agile Coach. She has been an active participant in the Agile community since 2006 and has been a SAFe SPC since 2013. Juanita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Villanova University. She has extensive, hands-on experience in leading successful Agile transformation programs and launching productive Agile Release Trains. Juanita has a background in traditional Project Management and Program Management and is adept at bridging the gap for organizations as they transform to various Agile Frameworks. Juanita is an accomplished trainer and has taught and consulted at fortune 100 companies across the country. Juanita is an ICAgile certified Professional Agile Coach and is now a certified SAFe 5.0 Program Consultant (SPC5).
